Cheryl is the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many. Cheryl goes above and beyond to make sure the property is presented in the best possible way so that the sale is quick and successful. She has the highest of ethics and integrity, works extremely well with other realtors, and allows my voice as a client to be heard. Cheryl has sold two, not so easy properties, for me in the past year. I am an out of state client and relied on her to handle many aspects of the sale that most homeowners would normally be responsible for. Cheryl is the very best! The home that Cheryl recently sold for me had water rights, mine, and boundary issues. Cheryl was able to tackle anything that popped up unexpectedly and made me as a client feel secure and comforted when I thought the sale was in trouble.
